What does my painting membership include?
 Your membership covers labor-only painting services. Paint is not included and must be provided by the homeowner unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Services are strictly limited to painting and do not include drywall repair and carpentry.
What should I expect with touch-ups or existing paint colors?
 When performing touch-ups or partial repainting, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed. Variations may occur due to factors such as age of existing paint, fading, sheen differences, lighting conditions, or prior applications. By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept that color differences are not the responsibility of the contractor.
How are payments handled?
 Membership fees are automatically charged to the credit card on file on the date of the sign up for year 2 and year 3. By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges.
What happens if I cancel my membership?
If the membership is canceled before the contract end date, the full contract value becomes immediately due. No partial refunds will be issued for unused services once cancellation occurs.
What if I need additional time over my 4 hours?
Additional time can be purchased with your project manager during initial walk-through.
Do my membership perks roll over if I do not use them?
You must use your membership perks during your yearly membership. Hours cannot be combined or rolled over in the following year.
