PENNSYLVANIA WARRANTY
We offer a 5-year interior and 3-year exterior warranty on all paint jobs on walls and trim. Warranty includes any paint “scaling”, peeling, or failure due to craftsmanship from Davis Painting. If issues occur during the warranty period, Davis Painting will come out and fix the issues free of charge. When performing touch-ups, we are not responsible for the difference in appearance of color due to fading over time. This warranty excludes nail pops, stress cracks, paint fading, normal homeowner “wear and tear”, tape seam and drywall failure, blow out patches, salt water air corrosion and separation due to temperature change expansion and/or contraction, and moisture issues.
We guarantee removal of organic matter for up to 1 year after service. Excludes service dirt, air contaminants, pollen, and mulch sporing.
We offer a 1-year warranty on cabinet painting, excluding grease and oil build up, cleaning products, normal wear and tear, chipping due to excessive slamming.
